Per University policy, a student may request a one-year deferral one time using the form below.  To be eligible, an applicant must be fully admitted into the accelerated CEIN/BS program.  Students who are provisionally admitted must complete all outstanding pre-requisites and submit the final transcripts by Dec. 31 for these courses to be eligible.
